My architecture thesis involved the use of similar technology/augmented reality when interacting with certain objects or communicating/working with people that weren't present in the same physical space yet worked on the same project.....

I remember MIT mediaLab and Columbia University in NYC had some research/projects on similar things......as well as car manufacturers like GM.......

it's gonna be really interesting how this technology and its implementation will affect and change the way we do our work.......quite ecxiding.

i wonder what resolution they can get with that technology.
LCD based HMDs that i have tested always had 800x600 at most.
thats enough for watching movies but nothing more...
