I don't think the numbers quite work out that way. By my (admittedly, poor) maths skills:

Billionaire's net worth = $7.3 trillion = $7'300'000'000'000
Current population of earth = 7.125 billion = 7'125'000'000

$7'300'000'000'000/7'125'000'000 = $1024.56

So they could give everyone on Earth just over 1'000 dollars each and have some change
