I'm affraid this is gonna tile real bad real fast, unless you have lots of densely spaced openings in your walls. And it will probably be quite labor intensive to get a decent displacement map out of this one also.
This can be modeled relatively fast actually, and you could tweak one of those sets of textures : http://www.cg-source.com/details.php...t=multitexture to achieve a result pretty similar to the example you posted.
