Align Edge

I would love a way to align edges. I have a site plan, which is changing, and it's going to be a mess to fix. I have driveways, sidewalks, and a road. if I move the edge of the sidewalk, other than welding, how can I align the grass to it?

Here, I moved the driveway, but now I need to re-align the stone and grass.
