assets on a MAC on network issues...

anyone have any experience with assets on networked machines that happens to be running OSX? (mac mini)

anything special you need to do on the mac side of things?

normally everything runs fine, but rebusfarm definitely doesnt like anything that happens to be on a mac for some reason. vray DR works just fine though.

What exactly are you using the Mac for? Just to store the assets?

yes, just to store assets.

I had originally intended to to install win7 on it (its a mac mini) and i could still do that if it is going to be easier.

I have flagged the issue with rebusfarm, let's see what they say.

Yeah, I can't imagine why it would not work. You use UNC path names, right?
