Headlights?

for all you guys that do renderings of cars, what do you use if you have to have the headlights on? in terms of what kind of lights do you use for the best realism? IES files, projectors...

Would love to hear what people are using.

I normally use a reflector that houses a very bright but tiny vray light to light up the reflector and burn through the front glass, then use a spot for the pattern cast on the ground so I can avoid caustics.
