  • Remove a trajectory?

I have a file that has a group of objects that have no apparent keyframes, but rather, a trajectory. I don't want the object to animate in a circle, but can't figure out how to remove the animation from it. A second question is that all of the objects, when selected, can not be grouped. In fact, all menu items are greyed out except "Assembly". Not sure why.

Answered my own question sort of. I found that if I select the objects and hit "Unlink", that removed the animation trajectory plus it also allowed me to group everything together. I still can't figure out why I there's no evidence of a parent or anything that it must have been linked to.
