3DS Max 2015 UI Breaks

Hi all,

I have this happen often were my UI breaks, nothing unusable just the buttons on the main toolbar gray out, they still work. Autodesks "solution" was to reset the UI but that resets all my customization's and plug-ins ect... and take like an entire day to get back up and running.

Has anyone ran into this?

I would really appreciate any suggestions in fixing the toolbar to there correct appearance.

Once you have your UI setup like you want, just save the interface. Next time just reset and load interface again (menus, toolbars etc)
