Does anybody use a good CRM? I have used Insightly, but for some reason it isn't doing the job for me. I would love for it to work inside GMAIL. I know Google Docs for Business does, but I don't want a new email address for it and you can't upgrade your free GMAIL account to work.

I am trying 'Contact Journal CRM', which works on MAC, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch. It's basically a contact app with todos, logs, and files. There isn't a place for Opportunities, so I am just tagging them. With other solutions I could automate, but I get so many people, from overseas trying to sell me their services or asking technical questions; I don't want a dirty database, so doing it manually is okay for me. I have been so busy over the last three months I haven't followed up on anything. I get a request, send a quote, and if I didn't sign the project I basically ignored it. I want to use this database for postcard mailers or, at least, follow up emails. I read that people have to had seen or heard of you 12 times to purchase, or at least the conversion rate goes up greatly. I'll also try to keep the log current so I can look back at the projects history. Anyway, I'll give it a try. BTW you have to purchase it for each device, which I wasn't happy about. All together I am into it for $75, which beats some monthly subscription.Bobby Parker
