Some advice. Find the balance between your personal and professional life.... Being freelancer is not easy to draw a line there and because of that I got divorce, I didn't have time for the family because I was always working and from my point of view at the time I was doing what I had to do for the family. I had a very good client initially was 50K a year and went up 200K a year, so I became too expensive for them because they though that they can do it everything in house, they are doing it in house but low quality and 5x more time to get finished with 3 people working exclusively on their presentations.... So, eventually they would coming back after run their numbers.... But it happens. Filter your clients, some are very demanding without reason.... They want to delay payments and finding excuses work for them. Other ones wants that you resolve the design so you are spending time doing it but getting paid for visualization...so I would prefer don't have those clients and jobs and enjoying some free time to recover energy for the good clients.

So far, this year, it has been a steady rain for me. Some days heavier than others, however it has been steady.
