  • exr integer

    HI There,

been to hasty under pressure and: for some reason I set the animation to render to exr, 32 integer. these type of images don't seem to open in any program except max.
does anybody know of a converter to convert these 32 interger exr files to anything else?

    regards,
    wim

You can probably convert them using the Video Post feature of 3ds Max - you can load the sequence and save it in another format.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.

you could possibly also do it either in ram player, or, failing that, set it as environment background in an empty scene and re-render using scanline ( still faster than vray in some scenarios!)

id be pleasantly surprised if it reads integer exrs. as i discovered to my cost, literally ONLY 3dsmax supports them.

thanks, for the suggestions - video post seems to be the best option. luckily it was only the last 4 sequences. I just set them to re-render.
