USB port problems

Maybe somebody here could help me out with this:
I have a new laptop and the USB ports go on save energy mode so my vray can't get the license from my doongle...I have to plug in and unplug it to read the license again.
I already went thru the devise manager to change the energy saving for the USBs as well as the power options for windows but still the usb where my doongle is connected goes off.

Any ideas?

There was an issue with the older version of Wibukey drivers when USB 3 port is used. Please try to download and install the latest drivers from here (Windows):

Thank you....to resolve the problem for now I'm getting the license remotely but for sure I would try that.
