Create an AE camera with a vertical offset?

Is this possible?

I want to export my 3DS Max camera and some helper objects to AE.

Problem is I've used a vertical offset on my vray cam. Is there a way to align things correctly in AE?

Can you simply move your camera down in AE? ...so it doesn't align with the frame but has a vertical offset. I did it once and it seemed to work ok. The alignment was visual not mathematical.
