3 times this week I have purchased, however, it doesn't reflect in my account, so I can't download what I need. Has anybody else had this issue?

3dsky have a serious problem. When you upload something appears quickly and is administered by the "managers". When shopping take longer than normal to be effective purchasing points.

Besides the answers are often I take it or leave.


In short ... Russian ... nothing else to do.



I prefer to buy items in designconnected or CGICommunity

The stuff they have is awesome, however, there isn't any quality control. I would say 75% of the stuff I purchase are missing textures and when you ask for support, they say to take it up with the creator. Needless to say, I have never had a creator reply to my request.

Why bother then with 3dsky?

They have many models that cant be found elsewhere.
FWIW I have always had Pro model credits appear in the account immediately. I pay using Paypal.

It usually works, but not lately. I think I found a pattern; sometimes I buy 2 credit, 3 or more times a day, and the problem happens after the 3rd time. Having said that, they do rectify the problem after a day, once I email them.
