Has anyone tried SolidRocks with 3x beta? I haven't used it in months, but I cranked it up today, and it doesn't work anymore. I am not seeing an update in their website, either.

Go to the solidrocks home page and you'll see a button for download with a dropdown to choose which version - then you'll need to log in through the button that says product activation once you've installed it in case it requires you to reactivate your license...

It seems I had the latest, it just doesn't work now. When I launch it, the starting Solidrocks dialog doesn't go away and nothing I set sticks.

I think that means it's not licensed properly yet... If I remember correctly I had to run 3ds max as an administrator (even though you probably are admin) after a new install.....

I did run it as admin, but no go. I sent him an email, so hopefully he'll answer.

OK but Bobby I have to ask, with the 3.3 beta 2, why would you need SolidRocks? Doesn't the defaults, or minor tweaks as per Vlado's "New Way" work for you?
                Kind Regards,
                Morne

I am just curious. I am getting good results, fast with 3.3, but I wanted to see how SolidRocks did.

Never got it to work and my email hasn't been answered. Oh well, it was just to test, anyway.
