i was working on a fabric material that responds well when backlit, frontlit, folded etc.. in the end its quite fiddly with quite a few falloff maps, curves and nodes to jump between.
i thought how nice it would be to (like houdini can do with node trees) create an interface for a material, with all the relevant slots and sliders collated on one rollout.
i guess this is something that autodesk would need to do.. thoughts?
