hmmmm.... Mine works in Win10 and I didn't do anything.

Using Max 2014 though, maybe that's why?

I upgraded to win 10 and thumbnails are back ! Thanks Bobby !

I don't even have the max icon anymore because I uninstalled 2015.

But no way I'm upgrading to win spyware 10 only for the thumbnails.
