Although this isnt exactly 100% accurate it gives a good idea of what a fan boy is. Its basically someone how is passionate about a certain thing so much that they wont let any say anything bad about it. And they spend all they time talking about it. Basically its someone who is a BIG fan of a certain thing....basically.
