3D Floor Plan

What's the going rate for 3D Floor Plans? I have three small apartments, maybe 3-4 rooms, however, it needs all the information a regular interior rendering needs. My first thought would be to quote it as separate room renderings, but I want to be fair.

Funny. Actually, this client has never questioned what I charged, however, I do want to be fair.

Well each room is a 3D by itself. You'de think you can charge as such and if you're lucky enough to get the cash for that, then good for you. Unfortunately, it seems that 3D floorplans has a bit of an el cheapo reputation and therefore it's not viewed as upmarket, or exclusive as a perspective or eye level cam view for example. Well in my experience anyways

It ended up he wanted 2d colored floor plans, which I told him that I don't do. There was a second part of the job, which was exterior work, which I got.

For colored floor plans there are a lot libraries for 2d furniture to be used in Photoshop

Yeah, I have most of them. I just don't have the time and since I haven't done one in a long time, I wouldn't be very efficient or proficient.
