Is there an equivalent MAX command, like in AutoCAD, that allows you to pick 2 points and set a distance? When I paste a site plan, onto a plane, it is a pain to scale. Now, I move the pivot to a known point on the plan, make a box to the right length and move it to the images pivot, and scale the plane until it somewhat matches. Why can't I picket two points and tell MAX the length?

I remember in AutoCAD, you would pick point one, then point two, and type the distance.Bobby Parker

There is a script here http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/sc...os-script-pack
I use the 3 point rotation script 100 times a day. But never tried the scale one, although sounds like it might be what you're looking for
