something liek ArionFX but for Aftereffects ?

I really like ArionFX for polishing my stills but is there anything similar for after effects or maybe some other soft that is creating such effects for animations ?

Well you can repeat that by making layers / effects and after that make like a composition and merge it in. About hour to spend , though free and completely customizeable.
One question about ArionFX. If you got render like 4000px , how to zoom in to see small details ? Is it even possible ?!

Yeah it's a pity that you can't zoom in in Arion
