What is the best software or tips to track perspective lines and convert them into a 3D model.

For a still? I use syntheyes for this but I think there's a camera match in the free version of google sketch?

Great example, I already have dl the apps, At first I thought that the apps modelise the building and put a camera but no. this is always for my christmas things
