Any way to easily clean something like this up? I have about 100 windows to do. It was a edible mesh and I converted it to a poly mesh and now I have this.

Not easy, but going in by hand and trying to connect some of the adjacent verts with edges can help. If any of the windows are duplicates then I'd clean up one and instance it across the whole facade.

Maybe just go back to the editable mesh?

I ended up modeling it over, which wasn't too bad.

The problem there is that there is multi sided polys everywhere and it's drawing them odd (clearly), a subdivide modifier with the size way up can usually fix this in 1 click. But not always if those edges aren't welded, in that case I sometimes use the welder modifier first.

Thanks! I'll try it next time.

All you have to do is make all the edges visible before converting to EPoly. You can run "Quadrify All" on it afterwards if you need quads.

That worked and made it simple, thanks.

What also may work. Once it is an editable poly and suddenly those kind of errors occur. Go into subobject level poly select all and hit "retriangulate".
