3ds max 2014 Python scripting without subscription?

Hi,

I saw that you can downoad a max extension if you have a subscription, which we do have not.
Now this news from Extension 1 bringing Python support amongst other things is quite a few years old. Is there a way I can download this extension and install it somewhere without being a subscription customer?

Blur brought out a version of python which was far better than the 3dsmax initial release. The new python in 2017 is very similar to the blur version.
