  • PSD manager available for max 6 ?

    Hi

Does anyone know if , when , why , where, the psd manager will be availiable for max 6.

we miss it in our workflow now that we´ve switched to max 6. On the cebbas website, i couldnt find it anymore, and don´t know if it now only gets sold with the Ghostpainter, or still seperated, or no more.

psd-manager for 3ds max 6 is available since November 2003. You can get it either standalone or as part of GhostPainter. (only the demo is not available for 3ds max 6)

The system requirements are also on the psd-manager website.

        Thanks natty

        thanks dans.

We thought, it would only work with max 5.

so now workflow will get better again.

            Hi plastic_

that would be the next question. Does it work together with vray gbuffer.

well on their Website, the tell so (any renderer). but while not all vray gbuffer things right now can be saved, this would be realy interisting

but only the object id´s would be worth it.

PSD manager is a render effect, I just tested it and it seems to be working fine in Max 6 with V-Ray, I only tested object ID, Render ID and Normals.
