  • Blending between two texture maps

    How can I control the blend/softening between two UV maps on the same bit of geometry? Ideally, I want to do this procedurally using tools like bercon with fractal noise etc. Is this possible?

    You could use a gradient ramp (ramp type box) in a composite map as a matte for your second bitmap.
    I'll do a quick example in a couple minutes.
