After effects camera tracking

i have a set of images making a short animation, i want the background to follow it but its moving out of sync after i camera tracked it, any ideas on this, here is a video showing this and some images of the camera track. any help is welcomed

Too much to coment on. Its way better if you just watch a few tutorials on tracking, and there is a ton of them out there.

actually i did, i have it all setup correctly, i posted on after effects forums alsom will see how much help i get but for sure its all setup correctly just i think the tracking data is at fault but how to fix that is where i lack in experience

might one day, for now all i needed was on facebook, issue also wast tracking such small number of frames with big jumps in movements, its hard to track data as this and so it needed to be done manually i figured after many tries, it then works to some extent with the need after to manually animated the masked object that was suppost to follow the track, i guess it kool for now, thanks for the book suggestion, i havent read one in years!
