      Indeed, I knew of this for a while.
      If you check their website, and see where they have resellers, however, it may be apparent why it's not something we see every day.

          That is awesome, 40,000 pounds awesome, thankfully that is about $5 now thanks to brexit! So we can all afford this cool light in our houses now. (unless your british)

                  I wonder if this medium could ever be used for "images" of the outside world. Like that scene in Total Recall (I think?), were Arnie has a big digital window in his house that changes environments.

                      I'm skeptical because they used CG on so many of the shots in that film. If it is that good then just shoot the actual product.
