Is there some kind of plugin for Windows and doors? MAX's Windows and doors are pretty weak. Some nice details perimetric Windows and doors would be great.

When I was in Revit, I built a family that housed all my doors and one for my windows. Basically, I had two families that gave me any door or window I needed.Bobby Parker

Exactly the same principle. Although I found that in RC when you have too many "families" within the same RC and you want to edit it in parts that aren't set-up in the parameters it becomes difficult to keep an overview in the node editor. So now I've split them up (for example with curtain walls into single layer, double layer, triple layer, etc) to make it easy to customise them.
I've found that keeping the RC's "dumb" is actually faster than adding too much into a single RC.

MCG stands for Max Creation Graph. A visual node based scripting/programming editor for Max. In many ways it's awesome. And lots of cool tools, modifiers and what not has come out of it. But one could also be a bit mean and say it's autodesk reply to endless request of "can't we have this or that in max" and they made something so people can build things themselves instead. Like "why can't max do what rail clone can?" here you go, build rail clone yourself!

edit: MCG, was introduced in Max 2016 (if I remember correctly)

I've tried making mine with MCG but god, MCG is just plain awful, it's way too complex. If you don't know anything about programming you're done for. They could've made grasshoper (Rhinoceros 3d plugin) but no they had to make something that is not at all user friendly.
