In search of grunge and scratch maps

Recently i had to do quite a lot of materials with dirt maps, scratches and etc.
I really need high resolution scratch and grunge maps, leaks, smudges and etc.
I have Grant Warwick's pack of those, but i need more heavy scratch maps, like polished metall, scratched stuff.

I always find that the best way to find the textures I want is to go out by bicycle with a digital camera and hunt for them. It's also sometimes faster than browsing through endless image banks that never have exactly what I'm looking for...

jstrob , i tried to search for stocks, found some pretty nice textures, though i need a lot.
Has anyone heard about AGTools Grunge textures Vol.1 ? I've been working in a company and they bought it, though now i cannot even google find this pack !

I was thinking about that as well, but my time is quite tight, so i was hoping to get a decent library from someone. But i am really surprised there is None !

Oddly enough it doesn't have a lot of really useful grunge maps.

As for the rest I usely look for dirty concrete, plaster, etc maps on textures.com and I put them in black and white as a mask for another material.

Looking for grunge brushes on deviantart can get you quite far too, you can create your own maps then by combining them: http://www.deviantart.com/browse/all...ushes&offset=0
