empty texture line?

help please
i try to fix this issue for long time without success
i try almost everything its happen in some of my scenes

just some empty line of texture that i can never tell max to strip them or delete.... the engine is vray and its happen in 3dsmax 2014 and even on 2016.. the same problem
any help will be great

Click on the info button and see what object it is assigned to. Then pick the material from that object and manually fix that 1 material
