Seconded, really nice render.

It is interesting that the common conception seems to be that "architects" and "designers" produce these beautiful "CAD renders", when the majority of higher end renders are produced by people who are solely 3d artists, not designers at all.

I think this is part of the reason you get clients wondering why push-button solutions don't produce great results, even though it might be "the same software".
