  • Sini Software Plugins

    http://sinisoftware.com/

Anyone has experience with their plugin line? (usability, stability, dis/advantages, etc)
I'm not a huge fan of subscription systems (prefer ItooSoft style!), especially since all your scenes will depend on their tools, but if these will save you tons of time they may be worth it.

Thought they looked quite good until I saw that part (though I'm perfectly happy with Itoo's stuff)

Noped out of there pretty quick.

I can't find a price and only yearly is highlighted; the other two are graded out.

Pricing is $315/yr for ALL SINI plugins. Per plugin pricing is also possible. Currently there is a 20-30% discount.

I am just looking for the SiNi Forensic, which says it is free. I would be willing to pay for it, if I could just find a link of some kind. I found the video, which is what is making me want it. I sent them an email.

            bit expensive IMO
so many plug ins get released for max and then are dead within 18months whuich puts me off....
these could be good free plugins potentially - or for a much lower one off fee

Registered, downloaded and installed. I used the Forensics on my new scene and it found 1/2 dozen problems, which is rectified. I don't know if it would make a difference in my scene, but it was quick and easy.

                Exactly my concern!

They told me, once you decide to stop subscription, scenes (which use their plugins) can still be used. But I wonder what will happen with future plugins. Once you integrate certain plugins in your workflow it's always very annoying once these are not available anymore!
