BerconMaps for 2017

Vlado updated BerconMaps 3.03 for 3dsmax 2015 here: http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/misc/

On Jerry Ylilammi's GitHub link, the 3dsmax 2017 version is here: https://github.com/Bercon/BerconMaps/tree/master/src

However, I'm not terribly knowledgeable about all the dlls and plugins, and there's a slew of files and different extensions. What do you actually download from this page in order to install the 2017 version, and where do you drop it within your 3dsmax folders?

Hello,

You need to go to https://github.com/Bercon/BerconMaps...ps_2017_64.dlt and there is a download button on the right.

From there you can download the .dlt file and you need to put it in \3ds Max 2017\Plugins folder.

The 2017 bercon maps are not very stable and have some problems that the 2016 version doesn't have. Just an FYI based on my experience in the forums and at home using them.

it is a pain when these pay plug-ins use free scripts. The free script is rarely kept current and if it is, it is really slow to be compiled.

The 2017 bercon maps are not very stable and have some problems that the 2016 version doesn't have. Just an FYI based on my experience in the forums and at home using them.

It would be helpful if you could add some steps to reproduce the crashes/problems to the GitHub issues (https://github.com/Bercon/BerconMaps/issues).
