            nice one, natty........

just I was making a conscious effort to use more and more multi/sub-object mats because of the limited amount of slots, this script comes around ....

            good to have..

            thanks,

            paul.

I was testing this and I run into some issues...was wondering if any of you have as well......
                    I'm using max 6 SP 1...

I can create new pages w/ mats...but if one of the pages has a simple bitmap in a mat slot, and not a standard mat (haven't tested with vray mats or other types) then the script errors saying it can't convert the "Bitmap" to a material.......it happens every time.

wonder if any of you trying this script haver run into this or run into any issues when using it w/ vray mats...

                        yeah...it just seems a bit too unstable/limited for production.......but it's a good idea...if only better implemented

Medit 48, this will add 23 new slots, the script is so simple that it will be possible to make some more.
This will use the trick that the first 23 mat will be placed as a multi material on the 24th slot. So I guess not endless solution.

I cant test with vray mats, so someone may try.
