    does anybody know a way to crate the keys in max with a extern file like excel or csv or txt ?

      only the time and the value
      like
      time0, value 55
      time 100, value 30
      time 120, value 35

      and this per object, and controller...
      linear movement... and linear rotation.....

            look up context expressions in the maxscript help...should be what you are looking for.
