excel or csv or txt -> 3dsmax

does anybody know a way to crate the keys in max with a extern file like excel or csv or txt ?

Wouldn't be too hard to do, what sort of keys?

like
time0, value 55
time 100, value 30
time 120, value 35

and this per object, and controller...
linear movement... and linear rotation.....
