It's very annoying that we can't hide unwanted sections.
It may be fine if you're interesting in the 3dsMax forums, they're at the top, but if you only want to see one of the other, you're in for a lot of scrolling. Or a lot of clicking as the hidden sections are shown again when the page is refreshed (it means there's no value on hiding them in the first place)

The forum suddenly started logging me out randomly after 3-4 clicks on anything in the forum. I just click on any thread or a forum and I suddenly get logged out. Sometimes I can't even log in when I enter my login details and I'm sure they are correct. I also can't post normally, most of the time a red exclamation mark comes up and it says "Empty response" which it isn't. I tried restarting my PC, different browsers, nothing worked. Anyone else experiencing difficulties with the forum?

Can we flag posts? I don't see this feature anymore. I see only "quote" and "like" buttons below posts. I notice spam bots from time to time and there's no way to flag them now.

It should be possible now for most of the users to flag the posts.

We will try to implement a plugin for this issue as soon as practically possible because it's not supported from vb5.

Is it ok now ? I think we have experienced another problem with vb5 which should be resolved now.

I just went through the same thing about 30 min ago, but seems to have calmed down now.

That happened to me a while back when this forum changed to https. I don't use forum runner anymore. I just use a regular browser now that the forum formats correctly for mobile.

Hi,

Couple requests:

1) Is it possible to sort the "What's New" result based on sub-forums?
2) Is it possible to exclude certain sub-forums out from the "What's New" result?

Basically, based on the DCC software one is using, one might care more about new threads posted in specific sub-forums. It would be very handy and time-saving to be able to quickly view updated threads in specific sub-forums.

Does anyone get very long page loads every now and then? 1 times out of 10 the forum will load a page for a good 20 seconds before the page shows up. This started happening as soon as the forum changed. I've never had a page load for more than 1-2 sec. before that.

Another weird thing that happens is every time I make a change to my profile settings I'm getting this error message:

The administrator has required that you enter a valid date of birth.
Please go to the Profile tab in the User settings and enter your date of birth and save the changes

The settings seem to get applied anyways but it's strange since I've explicitly chosen to not show my date of birth in my profile and I'm still asked to enter this info.

Collapsing/Expanding Forum directories functionality is back on track, now you should be able to collapse directories and they should stay collapsed when refreshing or logging in/out.
