Ancient sticky threads - possibility remove?

hey guys, all the really aged sticky threads that havent been updated for ages and are obsolete...would it be possible to remove them?
They take up quite a lot of space and i think its not necessary...or maybe option to hide them???

+1 Would be much appreciated for admins to look through all the forums and unstick old stickies
