You have to admit though, Pixologic are pretty unique - I mean, I've had ZBrush since 4R3 and the upgrades to 4R8 will no doubt be free as all the other's I've enjoyed.

I'm aware that others have been able to upgrade from a lot earlier.

How many other companies can you name do that ?

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't get an email about the update yet. The new boolean system is great. I tried setting up a boolean system in Z-Brush, and the GOZ each subobject to 3ds Max too and use Max's ProBoolean system to put them together and it gave me the exact same result. Doing that the other direction too would be incredibly useful.
