FORUM: Add functions to message folders

Hi

Would be nice to add 3 buttons:
1) Empty ENTIRE trash
2) Empty ENTIRE folder to trash
3) Permanently delete ALL message in ALL folders

If you have a lot of messages, the "selecting all" only selects per page and it takes too long when there's many pages. The 3 buttons above will be most welcome
