Yes, we do have a Threadripper system in the office. At the time we tested, we couldn't provide any exact benchmark results as we were under NDA. Will see if this has changed.
However I can tell you that it was slightly less than twice as fast as a Ryzen 7.

There are already some Threadripper results on the benchmark site at http://benchmark.chaosgroup.com/cpu
For the moment, it seems to be right between a Xeon E5-2650 v4 @ 2.20GHz (48 threads) and a Xeon E5-2687W v3 @ 3.10GHz (40 threads).
