License fee for animation

I have been asked by a client to supply a cost for licensing 1 second of animation of an existing animation I created. The usage will be 1 year USA usage plus agency and client shower plus corporate use worldwide for 3 years. Does anyone have any idea at all about how much to charge for this ?
