Dave, you might save yourself the bother of encryption (thereby giving yourself a bit more installation and launch freedom), since mse files have been freely decryptable for a decade now.
And your code is good, nothing to be ashamed of (unlike mine, f.e., which id' rather hide from most people.)

I did upload it again unencrypted... There's a couple of bugs I need to fix.

Version 1_4 - More Rollout properties exposed, annoy everyone with pictorial backgrounds, Bugs fixed with escape characters, duplicate names of controls bug removed.
New Feature: Store and load UIs, have live resize information saved when you resize the dialog. Tooltips disabled for those controls which can't have it. Rollout Style control....

Hehe, I'm teasing. I like to give back... and build my own brand etc... it's good when you talk to potential new employers and they already know your name and know some of your stuff.....

Have you seen what I previewed on my Facebook page recently?? Just got to work-around a load of issues to get it finished. 90% there.
