Shotgun vs Ftrack vs NIM

Anyone used all of these and have an opinion?
I have used Shotgun as an artist.
Am now trying to convince my new employer to move to one of these systems.

Had a look at ftrack. Nice interface. Open source.
Haven't really look at NIM except for the video those look good though.
Really am wondering about quick turnaround projects.

We are more of an arch viz studio. Job is in and out in a week.
