  • how to do a nice wireframe render?

I have seen people posting their wire shots. Some do screen capture and some do it differently. Is there a nice way to render out wireframe images without using plugins?

    Thanks.

There's a wire check box at the top of a Standard material and also a wire override in the Scanline render settings. However these don't work with VRay.

You can use VRayEdgesTex. You can find it in the material/maps browser in the material editor.

        Thank you for your repies.

I am using 1.09.03r and I don't think it has VrayEdgeTex.

I have used both Illustrate! and lattice modfier before and I am just curios about how the fine Vray folks here do things like that.

you can use the vray edgetex in the opacity slot for a wireframe style render.
