If you have followed the soap opera, I was having issues with my 28" 4K and MAX 2018, so I picked up a 32" 2K, but the color wasn't nearly as good as my 4K, so I returned it and thankfully I fixed my MAX 2018 scaling issue. I am happily working in MAX 2018 on my 28" 4K, however, my 28" 4K now feels tiny after working on the 32" 2k for a week. What did I do? You guessed it, after reading the thread title, I went and ordered a 43" 4K. I have worked with 2 monitors for a decade and the whole setup wasn't optimal for me. I like one monitor in front of me and a dual setup has one on each side; lots of head movement going on. I did have a three monitor setup for a while, but I no longer have that kind of desk space. I mainly work in 3DS MAX and the 43" might do well with MAX's four viewports. I am seeing working in three viewports (top, camera, right/left) and hyper shading in another. Does anyone else here have a 43" 4K monitor? From the reviews, after getting used to the sheer size, they would recommend it over a multiple screen setup. Thoughts? I will report back once I get it; I just wanted to get some opinions of what to expect.

I just purchased the Syder5Pro and calibrated my 28"4k and man, I was way bright. I used to calibrate monthly, but I never really saw a difference, so I just stopped doing it. I can highly recommend calibrating, you might be surprised! I can see how this can affect my renders. I adjust things in post, but I can imagine my renders are really way too dark, in the renderer, so that can cause noise and render time.Bobby Parker

I tried several, but they were so wobbly I couldn't use it. If I moved, the monitor wobbled. I tried three and returned them all to the poor stand.Bobby Parker

I've had a 43inch 4k monitor for nearly a year now and it is very good. You will still want to keep your other monitors tho as even with a giant monitor it is nice to have extra ones for PDF's and what not.WerT
