Character animation courses

Would anyone recommend a character animation course ? Preferably for 3dsmax although I know that most in the industry use Maya.

Not a curse and more about the artistic aspects (mostly about toon style).

You'll be hard pushed to find a (good) character animation course that focuses on 3ds Max, but the most important thing with character animation are the principles (timing, dynamics, appeal...etc.) - anything software specific would be pretty much transferable. I studied at AnimationMentor.com for 18 months and that was all Maya (and I did have to learn the basics of Maya to take the course) but the most important things I learned during it were really the basic fundamentals of animation.
