Trying to purchse online NVidia 1080 ti Founder's Edition GPU - they're 'Out of Stock' ???

Google searched on this and it seems this has been the case for over a month......

I called Nvidia for *any* idea when these will be available once more and they cannot give me any idea (days, weeks, months......).

Their partner versions of the cards are like 50% more expensive...... (and I don't want those ones anyway).

What to do......

They come up now and again on eBay but at 15% increase - which on the face of it doesn't sound too bad, but can I trust the Seller (they always say something that puts me off..... - like "I purchased it directly from NVidia but can't remember when......)
