    Yep,

    Autocad gets slower with each release. I use it daily. One way to make it quicker is to change the ribbon menu to classic. Speeds it up a bit.

      I am not staying with it AutoCAD; it should work out of the box.

        Fully agree with that. I get a lot of plans from guys that make extensive use of clipping bounds for blocks. When you import those into Max, the clipping bounds are ignored and it creates one big mess

                  Power of rhino is that if you know autocad you know rhino, and more or less vice versa, but if you know Rhino and go to Autocad, you will be frustrated by all the missing very handy tools and speed.
