Script or tool to animate an articulated lorry

Anyone know of a good script for animating an articulated lorry along a road and round corners etc? I'm aware of Madcar, but the tutorial on their site leaves a lot to be desired, and isn't that designed to animate a vehicle using the mouse/keyboard rather than a line along a road?
